TRAINING PLANS

Individual & Personalized Training Plan: 

 

For completing any type of fitness goal or race, ranging from climbing a mountain to competing in an ironman distance triathlon. The plan is customized for the individual based upon past history, current fitness, and future schedule.  It will be designed for your weekly calendar and can be modified along the way. The price is dependent upon the level of detail and training duration.

Multi-Person Training Plan:

 

Also appropriate for any fitness goal or race.  With this option, the plan is more generic and can be shared for a group training together with a singular purpose.  The price is lower but the schedule cannot be modified along the way or tailored for an individual.

 

note: Training plans can be created for anyone, it is not necessary to be living in the State College area.  You can communicate with your coach through email or phone.
