When Boris became an instructor, he took on the responsibility to understand fitness from both an academic as well as practical perspective.  He started by applying basic training and nutrition principles on himself.  He is now able to incorporate more complex strategies and continues to learn from personal experience. Boris is a firm believer that a knowledge-based approach to fitness is the key to success.
